Given the varying capabilities and screen sizes of mobile devices compared to desktops, the mobile app version of Ratesight is optimized for on-the-go access and may not mirror every function found on the desktop version at present. However, our passionate team is diligently working to enhance the mobile app, ensuring that it will closely align with the comprehensive functionality you experience on the desktop platform in the near future.

Although we do not manage your accounts directly, Ratesight is intuitively constructed to simplify the report generation process. Here's how Ratesight helps you visualize your progress and ROI:

We aim to complete the majority of website edit requests within a timeframe of 48 business hours. However, completion times can vary. We tackle tickets in the order they're received.

Should you have an edit that is particularly urgent, please let us know when you submit it. We are committed to accommodating your needs and will endeavor to prioritize and expedite your request to the best of our ability.

Our service packages include a certain quota of simple edits monthly. Depending on the package you're subscribed to, you can expect to have between 3 to 5 simple edits available to you. Simple edits are generally minor but necessary tweaks that could include:

- Content adjustments: This could be anything from updating product details to correcting textual errors.

- Image updates: Swapping out a dated photograph for a newer one.

- Basic formatting tweaks: Making changes like altering text size, color, or text alignment.

Here are a few key points to keep in mind:

- Limited by edits, not contacts: We count the number of edits rather than the number of times you reach out to us. Should you exceed your monthly allowance, we can perform additional edits for a nominal fee or carry them over to the following month.

- Scope of simple edits: The intention behind simple edits is to facilitate quick and straightforward updates. Intricate alterations, such as adding entirely new pages or undertaking substantial layout redesigns, may incur additional charges or necessitate a separate project engagement.
